“This hotel is PERFECT! The free breakfast is amazing with great hours, 7AM-10AM. Housekeeping daily. The pools, lazy river, & hot tub were very clean. They have maintenance checking the levels consistently to make sure they stay clean throughout the entire day. The outdoor pool is open until 10PM & the indoor pool until12AM which was a big plus for us. I stayed with my husband & our 4 boys. They are very family friendly & the front desk receptionists are extremely kind & helpful at all hours. Great location as well, 2 minutes off the main strip. Back enough to be secluded but close enough to enjoy all the features Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will definitely be back!”
