The staff was exceptional. We could walk to a few places and the facility seemed clean. We had the same breakfast scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit, muffins. The only thing that changed was sausage patties, links and turkey sausage. The hot tub was closed due to a maintenance sign, ice machine was the same way on our floor. The only other thing I would have liked is to have a room that was more open the dividing wall didn't really need to be there and 1 tv. It was different for a suite. Overall it was a good stay. These are just personal options only.

The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect. The room was cozy. Very comfortable. I didn't like that someone was able to open our door with their key. They quickly apologized as they shut the door. I never found out if it was housekeeping or someone else. I didn't bring it up to the front desk since I was minutes away from going to check out.

My second stay here and will not be my last. This places location is great and I love the clean smell soon as the door opens. The staff is great and so friendly. We had the mini suite with a living area and bedroom area with king bed and absolutely love it. I definitely recommend Springhill and cant wait to stay again
