Jill was the person that checked me in when I arrived on Saturday evening. She made me feel very welcome and when I thought I had lost one of the cards to access the room, she quickly made two additional cards for me on Sunday. I had a balcony room which faced the creek and you could view the Ober tram as it made its way up the mountainside. It was very peaceful. The refrigerator was a good size and even had a separate freezer compartment if you wanted to store something frozen. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I go back to Gatlinburg! Parking was very tight on Saturday, but it opened up the rest of my stay.

We were extremely impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendly staff at this hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance to food and entertainment. There was more than adequate lighting in our room (which we loved)....

Location - we were able to walk to Anakeesta, Gatlinburg Trail and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. Room was cleaned daily. We also enjoyed sitting in the balcony listening to the creek and watching the birds.
