Very comfortable the room was clean but it could use some attention to the outside (paint, clean the walk ways,). Also, when we first walked in it had a strong musty smell but that did not last long. Overall we were pleased. Only 1 ice machine on the second floor, we were on the 3rd floor. Our keys were deactivated on the second day of our 2 days stay. Tried to call the front desk but no ansewr. Went down there and the clerk was laid back in the chair no customers. He fixed new ckey cards and was very nice.

We like being on the parkway and having the balcony. The staff is helpful and we enjoy the breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House. We always stay at Colonial when we visit Pigeon Forge.
