The location was convenient and in walking distance to the parkway. I love that it was pet friendly and I was able to bring my fur baby along for our getaway. The breakfast was good. I didn't like that we had to change rooms due to an ant invasion. The room we were moved to the floor had not been swept so I had to ask for a broom to sweep the floor. I also suspect that it was a trace of black mold on the ceiling.

Checked in early and had a problem with the tv not working, the guy at the front desk came right out to fix it. The housekeeping does need to be better. I know you have a small window of time to clean a room, but ours looked like it was never swept or vaccumed. small bugs laying in the floor dead that was never swept up. There was a lot of maintenance issues that can be done to make this a very nice place.

It was a very nice location a way from the crowd. It was a beautiful scenery. The room needed a few repairs and to be a little cleaner. The breakfast option was a little misleading. We were expecting more of a selection of food other than waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, toast, yogurt and coffee or juice. My wife is a diabetic so we had to go elsewhere to eat.

Having a balcony to sit and drink coffee was nice. Elevator was nice but it took awhile. It was close to the main shopping area, close to attractions, and restaurants. Parking was challenging. It was difficult to find a cart to carry luggage’s to the room.

My dog every time he went outside and the dog area he would come back his feet when she cheated you just a suggestion but it could be the chemicals they spray on the grass I enjoyed the scenery from the balcony looking down on the street
