The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was good and there was variety. The hotel was in good driving distance to other attractions. The staff were friendly and the little balconies were nice. The hotel was also clean. The showers were a little slippery and the nossle on the shower head would intermittently spurt water in between the regular stream. The hair dryer was very hot to hold even on the lowest setting and the wifi was not the greatest.

Loved the location. It was perfectly located between Field of Dreams and Gatlinburg. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pools and that the indoor pool was open all night. We really loved the sunset views. Staff in kitchen were not friendly never smiled or offered help. Had to wait for coffee to be replaced a couple of times.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The pool and lazy river was great. We stayed in king suite which was very nice. The free breakfast was the worst Ive ever had. The lady who was over it was very rude. I was very disappointed since the reviews said it was good. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

The location wasn't bad, right down the road from Soaky Mountain Water Park, both pools at the hotel were nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean The elevator is far away from check in, hallways were very hot and the beds made my back hurt

The bed was comfy. Indoor pool is 24hrs. Breakfast was really good. Pool & lazy river needs more regular maintenance maybe even some upgrades. Hallways were super humid and smelled funny. Outlets were loose and one fried my phone charger.
