I didn’t expect a whole lot because you know it was a cheap room, but we got there in our room was dirty and there was a fork in the floor and pills on the counter nonrefundable so there was no way I could go down there and throw a fit and get my money back. There was nothing really I could do about that. We had stayed here once before and it wasn’t bad. One of the beds had a bunch of stains in it and food stains on the top part of the cover it wasn’t stains. It was actually just food. lol we didn’t expect a whole lot because we knew it was like a cheaper hotel. We went down to have…

The guy working the desk Sunday and Monday night was super great! Very friendly and very helpful. The coke machine in the west corner on the second floor took my money. When I escalated it to the young lady Tuesday night, she basically said someone was coming to look at it but never offered me my money back

The beds were hard and smaller then a queen size bed. And they didn't have coffee in the breakfast and only had eggs and walfels and cereal. Not like a good hotel is sussposed to have. And even tried to charge my card even though I was paying at property. They said it was to hold the room.

It was ok I didn't like getting charged twice for my stay. I had to take time from my stay to get a refund. The Indian lady didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing.It wasn't busy when I arrived. So that didn't set well with me. The bed had no sheets on it. Which was odd to me

Breakfast was sub par. The owners do not pay booking.com for online registration.So you have to register at desk which is very tedious process as they have four or five paper work that you must sign.Completely unnecessary!

We arrived on Wednesday and Jerome checked us in. He was very polite and helpful I woke up twice to go to the bathroom and found two roaches. I took pics and showed the desk clerk before I killed them.
