Welcome to Hotel Hot Tubs (HotelHotTubs.com). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we do

Hotel Hot Tubs is an independent directory. We research and list hotels, resorts, and rentals that offer an in-room hot tub, jacuzzi, whirlpool, or spa bath in at least some of their rooms. We do not own or operate any property, and we do not take or process bookings ourselves. When you click a booking link you leave our site and book directly with the property or a third-party booking platform (such as Booking.com or Expedia), under their terms.

2. You must select a room that includes the hot tub

Listing a property on Hotel Hot Tubs means that the property offers a jacuzzi, hot tub, or whirlpool tub in some of its rooms — not in every room. When you book, it is your responsibility to choose a room type or rate that specifically includes the in-room hot tub.

Room names vary by property and booking platform (for example "Jacuzzi Suite", "King Room with Spa Bath", "Whirlpool Suite", or "Hot Tub Suite"). Before completing a booking you should:

Hotel Hot Tubs is not responsible if you book a standard room, or a room without a hot tub, at a property that appears on our site. Any refund, change, or complaint about the room you received must be raised with the property or the booking platform you booked through.

3. Accuracy of listings

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but hotel amenities change. Properties renovate, remove tubs, reclassify rooms, or change ownership, and booking platforms update their room inventory without notifying us. All information on this site — including amenities, photos, prices, and availability — is provided for general guidance only and is not a guarantee. Always verify details with the property or booking platform before you book. If you find an error, please let us know.

4. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through one of them we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our booking links go to Expedia (through the Expedia Group Travel Creator Program) and Booking.com (through the CJ Affiliate network); some remaining links are monetised through Travelpayouts. This does not influence which properties we list or how we describe them.

5. Prices and availability

Any prices shown are indicative, may be out of date, and are set entirely by the property or booking platform. Where we show a rate labelled as live for your dates, it was retrieved from Booking.com moments before and may still change before you complete a booking. The price, availability, cancellation policy, and all other booking conditions are those presented to you at the time of booking on the third-party site.

6. Acceptable use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our content or data in bulk, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, and compiled listing data on Hotel Hot Tubs are owned by us or our licensors. Property photos and names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the property.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotel Hot Tubs is not liable for any loss, cost, or disappointment arising from your use of the site or from any booking made with a third party — including, without limitation, booking a room that does not include a hot tub.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
