“Perfect location for RMNP. Bed was comfortable, good room amenities. Plumbing was great (good pressure and drainage). The hot tub was nice. Staff was responsive on the app when I wanted to add a day but I never saw one on site, although I was there in April just before the busy season.”

“I was expecting breakfast the first morning but the front door was locked. The hotel’s breakfast was NOT complimentary. Whatever you wanted, I was told, you had to pay for it. That was my surprise disappointment. The bed was very comfortable. The location was a ten to fifteen minute walk to the boulder university campus. The places to eat were of walking distance. I LOVED the hot tub and sauna. I will stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

How we verify a tub is in the room·The same figure for every city and state
November to March is when a private tub in Fort Collins is the reason to book rather than a nice extra — December nights average 16°F and the average high stays at or below 60°F. At the other end, by July the average high is 88°F, which is patio weather rather than hot-tub weather. Figures are NOAA 1991–2020 normals from FT COLLINS 4 E, CO US, 2km away.

Across the 44 verified stays here, listed rates run $61–$331 a night before tax and cluster near $125. Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Ft. Collins E at I-25 is the lowest we've confirmed, at $61. The bottom of that range is a standard room with a jetted bath; the top is a suite built around the tub.
Murphy’s Resort at Estes Park, at 10.0/10 from 2,187 guest reviews. Murphy’s River Lodge follows at 9.9 from 2,307 reviews. Our list puts private tubs (in the room or on a private patio) first, then shared hotel spas. Within each group, hotels with strong scores from many guests, more photos, and a tub we've seen in their own photos rank higher. Listings with very few reviews or photos sit at the bottom of their group.

5 of the 44 verified stays in Fort Collins, CO have a jetted whirlpool tub in the room, and 38 more have another kind of private in-room tub. "Whirlpool", "jacuzzi" and "jetted tub" all describe the same thing — a tub with jets — so hotels use them interchangeably. What they don't tell you is whether it's a jetted tub or a plain deep soaking tub with no jets at all, which is the distinction we check and label.
