How we verify a tub is in the room·The same figure for every city and state
October to April is when a private tub in Estes Park is the reason to book rather than a nice extra — December nights average 16°F and the average high stays at or below 60°F. At the other end, by July the average high is 80°F, which is patio weather rather than hot-tub weather. Figures are NOAA 1991–2020 normals from ESTES PARK 3 SSE, CO US, 5km away.

Murphy’s Resort at Estes Park, at 10.0/10 from 2,187 guest reviews. Murphy’s River Lodge follows at 9.9 from 2,307 reviews. Our list puts private tubs (in the room or on a private patio) first, then shared hotel spas. Listings with very few reviews or photos sit at the bottom of their group.

2 of the 20 verified stays in Estes Park, CO have a jetted whirlpool tub in the room, and 17 more have another kind of private in-room tub. "Whirlpool", "jacuzzi" and "jetted tub" all describe the same thing — a tub with jets — so hotels use them interchangeably. What they don't tell you is whether it's a jetted tub or a plain deep soaking tub with no jets at all, which is the distinction we check and label.
