The place is nice and in a great location. Attention to the details (e.g., wood for the fireplace). They provided me with a crib I requested. Clean and comfortable. The check in process was terrible and very stressful. Nobody is on the property. Everything has to be done online. You have to upload your ID and photo, which is crazy. After doing that because we did not have any other choice, they sent us the code to enter, and it was wrong. We had to call, and they gave us the emergency code. You cannot check in a minute before 4pm, even if the room is ready. If you are a foreigner that does not speak good English or does not have data on their phone, you won't be able to check in; or if you are not familiar with technology (e.g. an elder person)

The view was nice, the balcony is large and has a nice table and chairs. The kitchen is large and well supplied. There's a full-size fridge, comfortable seating, large beds, and no smell in the suite at all. It really feels like you're a guest in someone's home, and that's a lovely, relaxing feeling. Some of the shades don't cover the windows in the bedroom, and you can be seen from outside at night from the car park, and the balcony could have had a little more privacy. The pillows are small and not very supportive, but that's a personal preference.

It was clean and close to RMNP On site staff had no power to problem solve. There was power outage for several hours and no one could give alternatives. Also, check in system is whacked.
