How we verify a tub is in the room·The same figure for every city and state
November to March is when a private tub in Atlantic is the reason to book rather than a nice extra — January nights average 10°F and the average high stays at or below 60°F. At the other end, by July the average high is 86°F, which is patio weather rather than hot-tub weather. Figures are NOAA 1991–2020 normals from ATLANTIC 1 NE, IA US, 4km away.

How the 20 most-visited spots within 15km of our Atlantic listings break down by type.
Across the 13 verified stays here, listed rates run $75–$188 a night before tax and cluster near $91. Red Roof Inn & Suites Omaha - Council Bluffs is the lowest we've confirmed, at $75. The bottom of that range is a standard room with a jetted bath; the top is a suite built around the tub.
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Council Bluffs – Convention Center Area, an IHG Hotel, at 8.8/10 from 139 guest reviews. Rock Island Inn & Suites follows at 8.8 from 113 reviews. Our list puts private tubs (in the room or on a private patio) first, then shared hotel spas. Within each group, hotels with strong scores from many guests, more photos, and a tub we've seen in their own photos rank higher. Listings with very few reviews or photos sit at the bottom of their group.
11 of the 13 stays we list in Atlantic, IA are tagged in-room jacuzzi or jetted tub. 3 are shared hotel spas — labelled that way, never sold as in-room.
Best Western, Comfort, Days Inn and Holiday Inn all have verified tub rooms in Atlantic. The other 3 are independents.
4 of the 13 verified stays in Atlantic, IA have a jetted whirlpool tub in the room, and 7 more have another kind of private in-room tub. "Whirlpool", "jacuzzi" and "jetted tub" all describe the same thing — a tub with jets — so hotels use them interchangeably. What they don't tell you is whether it's a jetted tub or a plain deep soaking tub with no jets at all, which is the distinction we check and label.
Under $150: 12 stays ($75–$124), e.g. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Council Bluffs – Convention Center Area, an IHG Hotel. $150–$249: 1 stay ($188–$188), e.g. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown.
