We were delayed on a flight and it was available and had a shuttle Customer service after the stay. My daughter forgot an item and getting it shipped back was a process. This has happened to me at other hotels and they shipped it right back to me. I've never had to arrange my own pickup. I offered to send a label if they'd just drop at USPS and I was told no. I've traveled a lot and never experienced anything like this.

The staff were very friendly and the room smelled very clean. It was nice to have the second bed in almost it's own room. Plenty of lighting. The air conditioner was squealing most of the night. The breakfast was not that great, sausages were barely warm, and eggs were gone within an hour and there didn't seem to be anyone checking food or cleaning counters, lots of waffle batter spills and syrup on tables and counter.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast started serving very early which was a plus for us as we had an early flight. The local channels on TV were Pixeling so much we couldn't watch them but other channels were fine. We just needed a place to sleep to catch an early flight and it is very close to airport
