This hotel has the potential to be great. The room and the lobby were nicely decorated. There was 24-hr coffee and the breakfast included hot options. Unfortunately, the "pet-friendliness" spoiled this hotel for me. As non-pet owners we asked to be given a room on a floor with no pets if possible. We were told the rooms on 1st floor were for pets and that usually there were no pets on the other floors. So, we took a room on the second floor. However, most times I left the room there were dogs (1-3) in the hall. There were also several spots of dog slobber on the brand new carpet in the hall. The second morning, we awoke to a pile of dog poop about 5 feet outside our room door. When I called the front desk to report it, I was told it would be

The location to the University of Wyoming was great. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast options were limited but good. The lighting in the room was very poor. The pool was chilly (supposedly heated?) and in the pool room was very chilly which made swimming a real challenge. This chill made the spa very crowded as it was used like a pool.

The accessibility from the highway was awesome. The tub had a slow drain, the door would get stuck as you opened it, and there was a musty smell at the entrance of the room.

Really lit up, easy to access. The bathroom had mold on the walls. That was the only negative thing about my stay. Everything else was great for our one night stop.
