“The lights kept blinking on and off.. the light over the jacuzzi kept going out it was a shortage.. burnt holes on the couch and refrigerator was on top of a board wasn’t steady kept rocking every time we opened the door.. two towels had to ask for more but the floor attendant seem like he was upset.. indoor pool and hot tub was closed for what reason they never gave.. that was why I pick the location because of jacuzzi, indoor pool and hot tub.. overall it was good.. need better pillows and better furniture for the rooms.. had to clean jacuzzi again..”— a guest review of Comfort Inn & Suites Airport - American Way

Pool was an enjoyable temperature. Staff was very accommodating whenever an issue arose. Breakfast had options for the whole family to eat what they wanted. Plenty of drink options! Had to be assigned to a new room shortly after arrival, due to mold and a dead bug found in room. Disappointed that hot tub was temporarily closed.

Front clerk was very friendly and helpful! Very happy and easy go person to talk to. The hotel is under construction. It is very worn down and needs alot of attention. The room was not clean ed well. There was hair of other guest on floor and shower. The smell of mold was horrible and it was coming from the AC. The bedding and beds were worn and needs replaced. We did not see any bugs so we made the best of it. The front clerk was the only good thing we can say about this place!
