The staff was friendly and helpful anytime we needed any assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable and fit the Big Cypress Lodge theme which entertained our grandchildren. There were restaurants and activities on site to keep everyone entertained, so overall a great stay. We used to live in Memphis so were somewhat apprehensive of the surrounding areas, however, security was great and we had no issues on or around the property.

Property was clean. The wood plank flooring had a lot of screws sticking out of them. I ripped my hey dude shoes on one. That’s def a trip hazard and should be fixed. I was disappointed in your men’s/woman’s apparel. Very limited selection. We would have purchased a lot more if you had them in stock.
