Ms. MONICA was beyond Amazing Extremely Sweet Very Helpful & So Very Welcoming. The breakfast was Good as well. The floor in Room 208 was very un level.I had No hot water in my room and the toilet tank was completely empty and wouldn't flush so someone came and turned the toilet on and it wouldn't stop running constantly The night staff did offer to let me move to another room but it was extremely late I was already irritated by thus time cause I couldn't shower or flysh the toilet. I use a cane to ambulate moving was too much so I stayed but was not happy especially at the rate that was charged to stay.

The AC worked great staff was nice. The hotel was clean the room was clean. BUT it had alot of issues The bed was broken sunken in the middle we raised it and fixed it. The shower tub had a non-slip mat in it that was molded underneath. The floor stopped in the center our luggage wouldn't stay against the wall
