“The staff was great. Noah was the receptions when we checked in and I think he was running the show by himself. He helped me when he could. The next morning the receptionist made sure I got my free breakfast at the bistro that was included in cost on booking.com. The pool area was absolutely trashed. There were towels everywhere and there were ants all over the area by the jacuzzi. My hotel tv volume didn’t work and I couldn’t hear anything even when turned up to 100. Noah tried to get maintenance to the room but they never showed. I googled how to fix the problem and I had to unplug the phone cord that was hooked into the back of the tv to make the volume work.”
