The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The staff was apologetic for the room issues. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and appliances: microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was set up nicely and had several options. In spite of some issues, it was overall a positive experience. When we first arrived, the 1st set of keys didn’t work then when we got in, there were no sheets on the bed. We changed rooms then the new keys didn’t work either. There was a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The telephone never worked the entire time, not did one bed light (the outlet was broken). The tub was very slow to drain and the toilet would not flush completely and had a slight urine smell. The microwave surface/counter light didn’t work. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher. The fuse box was unlocked in the room and there were some gnats.

I like that the location was a little removed from the main drag of all the highways. It was set back off the road on a quieter location. Our suite had 2 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. That was the best! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were cozy. We also liked that we had the middle area as a kitchen and living room thus we could hang out there together. The breakfast offered nice options including bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurts, oatmeal bar, hot coffee, etc. I would suggest having luggage racks in the bedrooms to put your suitcases on. It is just more sanitary.

The room is great, nice little French doors that separate the living room area from bedroom.Clean room however I always wipe down and sanitize the room anyway.Kitchen has everything you need, pot pans, 2 burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Plus full size fridge and freezer that makes ice. Tv in both living room and bed room. Bed is comfortable. Pool was down. Breakfast was ok however I did come down late after the early risers. It is pet friendly so I could smell pets. It could have been fresher in the hallway and entrance.

I like the size of the room. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner wasn't working. The maintenance man came and fixed the AC right away. The pool was closed at the facility and it was really hot that day. But we were able to swim at the Fairfield hotel across the road.

Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths Pool closed all 5 days ( one reason we picked it .. to use pool… free bkft, no coffee 2 days during stay during bkft hours… had to go out ..

Great location and breakfast Heat did not work and room was 65 degrees after it snowed. They could not fix it. They did not charge us and put in a maintenance order.
