I have stayed here frequently within the last month pretty much every weekend, I’ve never had an issue and the property is easy to get to and relatively clean This stay was not as good as the last few. The hallways had confetti on the ground, which you would track into your room. I’m assuming this was because of New Year’s, and all the celebrations that were going on. That was not a huge deal, but my partner found a press nail in our room on the floor. I was given a room this time that had two conjoining rooms attached. Which I was definitely not comfortable with. There was a door on either side and one was right next to the bed. Which was kind of unsettling as it didn’t lock properly. The door handle locked, but the slide lock did not work.

The room in general was good. Microwave fridge balcony, it was clean The bedding smelled horrible, I had to spray my comforter with perfume to escape the awful smells. And also I found a roach in my bathtub, into which I washed down in the drain Do you guys spray for insects?

Staff (Ray) was great, very friendly, and very helpful! The heater was not working, Ray did say that the heater was off and we'd have to turn it on. But it never got warmer 😥 it was lukewarm the whole stay
