The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every member of staff we dealt with was amazing! The air conditioning got nice and cold. The cable TV worked well. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and blankets were clean. The room wasn't immaculate but, was clean. The refrigerator worked amazingly and even though it was just a tiny fridge it kept our ice packs frozen for the night we stayed. Breakfast had quite a few options including some hot and some cold. The waffles were prepackaged, so no waffle machine. Everything was kept well stocked and they never ran out of breakfast meat or anything There was only one working ice machine in the hotel, so we had to walk pretty far to fill up our ice bucket. Although the room and building were pretty clean the pool area was not extraordinarily clean and had a lot of disrepair. It was super hot in there and the pool was super cold. We had fun and the pool didn't smell overly of chlorine but, it wasn't comfortable to just hang out by the pool.

The property actually had a great value I have stayed in a lot of different hotels the past couple months and have had some pretty bad stays where you really wouldn’t expect it . But I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting much considering and it was actually the best out of the past 4 and couldn’t I was shocked and will be considering the best western more because of this To be honest I didn’t really find anything we did have to leave before breakfast started so can’t say much on that but it was expected to miss anywhere

The breakfast area was spacious and well lit. The room was was of adequate size. The building definitely shows its age. The room had a very old chair that was clean but stains from the past were clearly visible and it looked worn out. The room was not well lit and the one window was small and didn’t provide much light into the room even with open curtains.

Front desk staff One young housekeeper who act like son one owe her something sorry your at work to make a check not be rude to your guests without the guests young oppressed woman you wouldn’t have a job. Remember that remember the world we were in.
