The front desk clerk was very helpful, nice, polite and courtesy. The room being clean was the only good part, We booked a jacuzzi room for Valentines. In the bathroom, we only had 1 towel and 2 wash cloths, and the bathroom door stuck, difficult to close or keep close. On the bed was a blanket and fitted sheet with two pillows. Now the heater in the room didn't work when we got in the room. It was freezing. I believe it was mid afternoon the next day before the room was warm with the help of a heater. I cleaned the filter screen off that goes in the heater. It was covered in dust and debris. We placed a wash cloth on one side to direct the air blowing away

Friendly staff Booked a reservation arrive I told Dad midnight my reservation has been canceled and the only room that was available for $20 more than the room that I had booked online. I’m not really aware of why they were canceled a reservation that was booked. I wasn’t too happy about that.

Price and close to everything I needed. It was not clean, meaning it was clean enough to sleep and feel safe but there were old bottles under the bed from old guest. I cleaned the bathroom myself. There was hair in the tube and skin. The floor could nit have been clean. Lights did nit work.
