I like that the room was big & bed was comfortable. To check in there was a kiosk to use. I am hard of hearing & was having issues hearing the person on the screen. I even mentioned I couldn't understand him & explained. Also the door to the room & adjoining door- there were gaps! Not small ones either. I used a towel & a coat to block the gaps.

Location, Parking Breakfast and amenities, we needed a refill of body wash and staff never responded, Terrible bed making. Too mucho noise. Too much noise in the early hours of the morning when it's still dark and people are still asleep.
