Location was perfect for our visit to Iowa state university. Also the room was very clean and had enough towels for 3 of us which is the amount of people in our party. You would have to ask if you needed more. They had hot tea and coffee out near front desk which is always a nice bonus. The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t bad. It was standard cereal, egg dish, breads, juices, and waffles. Syrup was strange tasting and one of the bagels was mushy which the kitchen person said because it’s frozen and still defrosting. I found the other bagels soft, but not mushy. So although she was trying to be helpful which I appreciate, I think they could improve in that one area…. In other words if Foods are frozen like bread then maybe take it out earlier or the day before. Although this may be hard because occupancy is never definite so gauging how many you would need out coul

The location is in a calm place close ( by car ) to Duff St. which is the main street for stores and restaurants There room was not cleaned properly. There were a used small towel hanging from the shower bar. There was no soap available for the washroom sink and the shower had moisturizing lotion instead of shower soap. There was shampoo and conditioner. in the second day the fire alarm started to ring at 5:40 AM and continued for the next 30 min without firemen coming. in the front desk they told us it was a false alarm, but they could not disable the alarma until much later. The external alar of th building kept ringing or several hours before stopping.

Great location. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Elevator! We've stayed here several times over the last 10 or more years and the facility is just getting older. Floors creak, plumbing made noise, chairs are very worn but we were told they were getting new chairs soon. We will still stay here again 🙂

Location! Right off the highway and close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff was lovely and helpful. The pool was great and the breakfast was good. The beds. I woke up with a stiff back, the bed was very firm. Also the desk chairs were all shredded.
