Panama City Beach, FL is a short list: 3 stays where the tub is confirmed from photos, from $95 a night. Rates start at $95 and sit around $95. Most also include free Wi-Fi, a pool and free parking. One more Panama City Beach listing didn't survive the photo check.
Panama City Beach never drops below a 64°F average high, so a private tub here is a year-round comfort rather than a seasonal one — there is no month you would book it *because* of the weather. What does move is rain: August averages 7.4 inches, and an in-room tub beats a hotel pool on a wet evening.
