We arrived near sunset, entering the house to find ourselves alone in this large Victorian home as if we had stepped into the past or, perhaps more aptly, a movie scene. The silence would induce a ghostly feeling in anyone, which felt rather fun to me. Admittedly, less so for my wife. Adding to that vibe of the initial walk-through was the rather dark interior, complete with the occasional taxidermied occupant. We had to use iphone flashlight to read the room nameplates but once opening the door the suite did not disappoint. We left for dinner and, upon our return, discovered the place well-li To say the neighborhood does not inspire confidence would be an understatement. It doesn't warm one on arrival nor give the home the surroundings it richly deserves. The nearby dwellings have barred windows and I would venture few, if any, stroll the grounds after dark. That said, a small but vibrant trove of eateries and nice bar or two are just a minute or two drive away, We had no issues.

Absolutely everything!! This place is gorgeous! Inside and out. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Antonio is the best! So helpful, friendly and accommodating! I felt like a VIP! Maybe the only thing if there was anything at all was the parking lot. BUT! It’s because we took the big SUV! And it all worked out, I am just bad at parking!

Oh my days…. What a treat!! What an amazing house…. So respectfully brought back to life. The room was so comfortable, towels and bedding fluffy and clean! Wish we could have stayed longer, but what a night! James was amazing - so welcoming and gave some great recommendations for local eateries & bars!! We didn’t stay long enough!!

Breakfast was incredible! Antonio the host/owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Way more beautiful in person than the picture show. Without a doubt the most impressive bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. Can’t wait to come again.
