“The location made navigating to the Simmons Bank Arena very easy. We were on a quiet historic-district street, Eastward-facing dining room allowing for beautiful morning light during breakfast & morning coffee. <3 The furnishings were beautiful, the bed comfortable and squeek-free, and the propane stove helped keep the unit cozy. We enjoyed the pair of comfortable robes provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked for prepping our bacon-egg-croissant breakfast. The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn't work, but we have notified the owner as of Feb 27, 2026. Still, it was plenty of room for two to enjoy as a soaking tub. We noticed in the morning that we could hear cup clinking through the wall into the next unit, so the units are definitely not sound-proof. - Staff was very kind and helpful - Place was clean and comfortable - We had an oven, microwave, and a way to cook if we needed to - Even though we were not able to put in an order for breakfast, the owners still tried to provide something for breakfast - the room was a little hot. We had an AC unit, but it struggled to circulate around the entire room. - This was more the fault of Booking.com rather than the owners, but the property was difficult to find and I could not find the message giving us our code and directions to the house.

The location was good, easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The historic area and older home is really great. The cottage is nice, clean and comfy. Appreciated being met by Greg the owner, nice guy! Not really a big fan of having to cook my own breakfast while on the road. Multiple reviews mentioned an awesome frittata. I can't see multiple people all doing their own breakfast frittatas. That being said the waffles were good and plenty of coffee!

Lovely place. Spacious, cozy and comfortable. It was perfectly clean and a great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable . Breakfast was lovely. If I were coming through Little Rock, I would definitely stay here again. Be prepared for several steps up to the cottage. The steps were good, stable and easy to walk up. Just FYI

We loved the old southern charm of the property. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the room was very clean. The bathtub was phenomenal! The staircase was a little scary and the bed was uncomfortably hard.
