“I loved the staff they were AMAZING as always, the coffee was in the lobby and you had access to it 24/7, the room was super comfy as well as the bedding...always a good sleep! There was no coffee machine in the room, the "Dove" shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not what they said they were, they were refilled with cheap lotions/shampoos , feel like that should have been mentioned and may even be illegal... the pool was NOT 80 degrees y'all can stop with that lie, was maybe 70° but my kid didn't care.
