Convenient. For being a Hilton hotel, and the price per night, I was disappointed when I got to my room. The carpet was frayed in several spots. There is no exhaust or ventilation in the bathroom. You would think the rooms would have a mini fridge at least. The door to the balcony was not by any means sealed, you can clearly see daylight and feel the draft at the door going to the balcony. To finish off, 17 dollars for a very sub-par breakfast, hard edges on pancakes, luke warm scrambled eggs and potatoes. It would be hard for me to stay here again.

The hotel was very nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. We received welcome cookies that were very good, Our room was clean and was all we needed for a very short stay, We had to be at UAMS by 6:30 am, so no breakfast. We had trouble getting hot water and the iron didn't work. The fact that we were told that we would be charged an extra $15 for parking under the hotel in its parking deck was disappointing.
