I was in Evanston due to my car breaking down 17 miles outside. I needed a place to stay while the auto shop worked on my vehicle. I was treated with respect and total understanding for my situation, they were truly kind and nice. Both the day shift and night shift front desk people were amazing. The place was clean, breakfast was good, the swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. The air conditioner was so on top of it on 100° days. The bed was comfortable. They made a bad situation good for Me
