“Staff were nice At check in , was told pool and hot tub wasn’t working. Should have been told before I feel like. Also bedding had stains on it. Stayed for a Friday- Sunday , had a do not disturb sign on door and house keeping kept knocking on door .. I did not answer because I didn’t feel like it and they ended up walking in. What’s the point of having a do not disturb sign if not going to follow it. House keeping shouldn’t be in there until the day we leave anyways due to high theft rates.”
