Very comfortable beds. Clean, lots of activities in the facility, coffee,water, snacks available. The pool was great! The toilets are too low. Need to upgrade to higher ones, especially for older population that stays there. The bikes that are available are great, except they need to be frequently maintained, especially when you have a large group like ours that wants to all ride at the same time. Flat tires, broken chain, no seat.

The breakfast was amazing. We have to eat gluten free and I was amazed about the options. Gluten free pastry, bread, muffins, granola, oatmeal. There is an omelet station. And serenade by an alphorn at breakfast. The pools were very nice though were too warm for a hot summer day. Lots of amazing amenities More umbrellas for the pool areas

The hotel was lovely. There were a lot of activities available for guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the center of town. I didn't like that the kids pool was larger than the adult pool. The adult pool was just a dipping pool, not something you could really swim in.
