The bed was fantastic. In fact, my husband would like to know the make of the mattress. The room was very quiet, and we liked tehbig screen TV a lot. It was very easy to get around town from the location but still feel set apart in the older section of the Hotel. It feels like a quiet street from a different era! The staff, especially Cassandra, was very helpful on our last day when I needed a favor before we were able to check out. I am short and do wish there was a mirror over the dresser since the one in the bathroom was too high for me, plus the lighting is poor for putting on my makeup. This was not a problem for my husband though!

Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always great to stay at. Very quiet and remote from the main resort. The temperature dropped and heat was not working in our room. The front desk staff was able to move us to a different room for our last night which was very appreciated.

My family loved the pool! After driving 7 hours I walked into the lobby and was met by Cassandra. She did not make me feel welcome and I let her negative energy ruin my stay.
