Convenient location. Beautiful swimming pools. Good value. Grandma with two grandchildren and in the night a male staff member came in our room( had a key) while we were sleeping. When I awakened he exits , saying he thought the room was unoccupied. Scary experience for me and the girls. Alerted the front desk staff but they seemed unconcerned. Couldn't sleep after this.

The area the hotel was located in was the only thing we really liked about the stay. The fact that none of the ice machines worked, there was no hot water and breakfast was poor. An the fact we could only swim if it wasn't raining. The outside pool we understood but having the same rule for the indoor pool made no sense whatsoever.

The staff was not polite at all. I waited almost 5 minutes at front desk to check in. When person arrived, no welcome, hello or anything. Just a rude " you checking in?". Just handed me card key without a thank you or anything else.

Location and price . The property needs the carpets clean , room painted and pool are painted . Would be nice if the sauna was working and the restaurant was open . The Breakfast was 2/10 not like it was a few years ago .
