I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive years during the same time of year, around the holiday season. I loved everything about it—the location, comfort, and excellent value for money. For the first two years, we had access to the Sheraton Club as Marriott Bonvoy members, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The club offered a special lounge with drinks, food, and breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed as part of the benefits… During our most recent stay, we were unpleasantly surprised to find our access to the Sheraton Club blocked. The manager simply stated that we were no longer eligible for access, claiming that the access we had enjoyed for the past two years had been due to a mistake. A mistake for two consecutive years? That seems odd, doesn’t it? As Marriott Bonvoy members, we arrived at the hotel expecting the same benefit we had always received, only to have it abruptly taken away without empathy or a coherent explanation. This turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a major disappointment. At

room was clean and we were moved to a better room that had an exterior window upon request. the complimentary shuttle to Main street was nice. the driver was friendly and the drop off & pick up was easy and reliable. We booked two rooms. Upon checking our room we discovered that the room did not have an exterior window, the window opened to an enclosed pool area below and the air that came in the window was very heavy with a chlorine smell. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a window that opened or looked to the outside. The good news is that the nice woman at the front desk found two adjoining rooms for us to move to that had windows that opened to the outside for fresh air and we had a view of the mountain. We were very happy from that time on. If there were no rooms available we would have

Room was spacious. Clean. Bed and pillows A+. Bartenders were awesome. Original check in girl was cool as heck. (I wish I remember all of their names.) Takes cash. (A lot of Park City is cashless, which is an absolute scam.) Check out had 2 people at the counter, but only one of them could understand basic English. The other woman was held up with a stubborn guest, so I ended up just leaving instead of waiting 45 minutes to address my need. (I wanted to pay cash for my rooms, and for them not to ding the card.) The bath tub in my room, 315 - had draining problems. So if you wanted to take a shower, you'd have to stand in pooling water. (An absolute pet peeve of mine.) So that is the reason for the lower grade.

The front desk staff members throughout our stay were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there was some construction on-going during the day to repair structural concrete in the parking area on the lower level. This is work is needed and was limited to weekday hours, which was acceptable to us since we were gone most of the day anyway. I am glad the facility is being properly maintained and that occupant safety is of utmost concern of the hotel manager (who we ran into one day outside the hotel entrance). He apologized for the disruption and thanked us for our patience while they made these important repairs which should be completed within the next few weeks.

Location was great and the shuttle service to downtown Park City was super easy and convenient! One of the staff members at the restaurant was rude when my food order was wrong and I had them remake it. I ordered a plain hamburger and it came with lettuce, tomato and sauce. I was told to scrape it off.

I thought breakfast was included. It definitely was not worth $25. Pillows were flat. My floor of the hotel and room smelled like an old damp dirt basement, I had to go buy a candle. The outside looks dilapidated work peeling paint. Other than that it was very nice and clean

Comfortable. Clean. Staff was not at counter except at check in. Very "thin" walls. We heard way too much of our neighbors and they didn't seem extremely loud. Additional charge at check in that was not on Bookings website quote.

The location. Many of the staff were kind and helpful. The shuttle was convenient. The lounge we paid extra for was lacking to out it nicely. The hotel was very noisy when we were trying to sleep.
