Close to Park City Mountain and we were able to use the hotel's shuttle and pool. We liked the private hot tub on the patio of the room. We were able to order room service, though only option is from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel. Good food, but expensive cheeseburgers and chicken fingers for kids.

bed was too soft and unless I slept on the edge I would roll to the middle. Customer Service was awful! The room was not ready upon checkin time (4 pm). We were celebrating our anniversary and usually stay at the Canyons but wanted to try this hotel since we dine every year at the Ruth Chris at this location. We requested a late check out and was denied, even though we weren't able to check in until the evening before.

Room was beautiful. The front of the hotel was being repaved. This made getting into the hotel difficult. Parking was a mess and there were no spots. One of the workers was able to work with a golfer who was leaving to provide us with a parking spot.
