Very nice, new hotel! Love the larger tvs and the blackout shades. Room gets super cold too. Slept great here! We noticed a lot of people in the pool and there was about 15 people in there yesterday evening and we weren’t able to take our 7 year old swimming. The issue was these were not hotel guests but people in the neighborhood hopping over the gate to swim…that large group left and we were able to get in a few min before it closed at 10. Around midnight, my husband stepped out of the room and there were people back in the pool. Gate is locked and hotel key card won’t work after 10 so again they were getting in by going ober the fence. We did report it and the hotel took care of it. That’s our only

If I had to give this experience a rating it would be 2/10 stars When I checked into this property I had to argue with the front desk agent bout how I had already paid online and she continued to insist I had not. Then realized I in fact had already paid. Didn’t apologize and left me to feel embarrassed in front of others. 3 hours after check-in I get a call from Tracy, the front desk manager stating how I needed to come down to the front desk and pay my security deposit, the same deposit the First Lady claimed I had already paid. (So at this point you are calling me, rushing me about something your agent gave me the okay for hours ago) This agent made me p
