Absolutely nothing. They charge for every little thing then said I would get the whole deposit back and yet they shorted me $20 of my deposit. The room smelled like a men’s locker room, both beds had burn holes all in the covers, the toilet wasn’t secured to the ground, they had a bag shoved in the hole above the toilet, the shower hadn’t been cleaned in idk how long, the bathroom door looked like somebody got into a fight with it and the cherry on top there was roaches and somebody out there stealing peoples DoorDash.

There was nothing to like here. They wanted to charge a five dollar fee for the TV remote, so be ready for that. The front desk person was not friendly at all! They room was beyond pitiful. Dirty walls, roaches in the microwave, uncomfortable bed. The A/C worked, so there is that. No soap or other traditional room amenities provided. I would not recommend this place, even for budget conscious people.

I really like the office attendant, she is very nice and good people. I don't like that there was roaches everywhere, it has a lot of unkempt maintenance that needs to be attended to and it's a hard letdown for me because I have always liked it there, but until the maintenance is attended to it highly unlikely that I will be returning.

Bed is decent and the fact that there is no carpet is a plus Fridge is too small, tv freezing up, bathtub was clogged, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. They need a better cleaning staff. Owner is charging me an outrageous pet fee even though I have emotional support animals 😢 I was angry 😠 about that
