Placed reservation and card was not supposed to be charged until I checked in. They charged the card 3 days before check in. It was my daughter's card she put on there to reserve our room. Then was told by manager named Stacy thst even when I checked in with my card that my daughter wouldn't get her money back until we checked out. That it was being used as a deposit, even though at that point they would have had mine, the guest, on file. When questioned. Stacybwas rude and condescending. This is not the first-time she has had this attitude with my family. She did everything remove the charge The manager named Stacy was rude and condescending to my daughter.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. No elevator, I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. Seemed like many rooms had a plumbing issue. The parking lot fills up with professional trucks, it’s difficult to find parking nearby.

Walkable to downtown with good food, grocery stores near by and a Laundromat. Clean pool! People that were clearly not guests walked in and out of the grounds and guests? with dogs sleeping in cars in the parking lot....

Friendly staff and good location. No elevator. Carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a challenge. Issue with the plumbing, the toilet wouldn’t stop running and the sink didn’t drain properly.
