The cleanliness of the room we stayed in. The delicious breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool it was very warm like bath water. Our rooms were separated one was on one side of the building. The other was on the other side. I wasn’t very pleased with that. When I asked if we could get one next to one another I was told they was booked up but no one was next to us the whole weekend we was there. But it is what it is. We enjoyed the event we went to and had a place to sleep so that works out.

They have a nice pool you can relax in When we got to the room our TV didn't work so I went to the front desk and the lady was rude and asked well did you plug it in , I answered respectfully and said yes I work in a hotel I went through all the steps to try and fix and it didn't work . So she responded rudely I will send maintenance.

It's a great place but having to pay 25 pet fee everyday and a 10 dollar extra not to move from none smoking to smoking and extra 20 dollars if u have a guest over night thought it cost same for 2 people Explained in first box

I had an issue with room and staff moved me to a room where I had no issues. Maybe housekeeping should make sure there’s toilet paper and soaps in rooms when they clean them but other than that it was great.
