Great location, staff was friendly, price was good not great, and the room was good. The manager and staff generously assisted me a week after my checkout once I discovered duplicate charges. There was one brown like stain on one of our pillows, so we didn't use it. I experienced duplicate charges the following week, first from Booking.com, and later charges by Town and Country Inn and Suites. Thankfully, the manager and staff generously assisted with the Folio review and refunding the charges on the day I advised them of my double charge.

Was a very safe and secure hotel. Had to have a key card to even get to where the rooms were located. The staff was really friendly. Everything was clean and nice. The ac worked great which was wonderful because there was a heat advisory while we were there. I liked that there was a separate shower and tub. No complaints other than the beds could’ve been better.

Love this place! Staff is nice, easy to talk to and helpful, facility is clean and well maintained in and out. I stayed 3 nights and I don't have no complaints. My room was nice and comfortable. I hung out at the pool a couple of times and it was nice as well. I would most definitely stay here again when I'm back in Charleston!

Location , very clean , the cooper suite is exceptional . The large shower 5 shower heads , yes you read that right 5, and large jetted tub were both plenty big for me and my hubby . Great for a relaxing night after exploring the city !
