It is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of everything we did. Having breakfast delivered every morning was really nice. The wine and appetizer event in the evenings at a sister property was a nice treat. The staff, particularly Daylon, was gracious and responsive to our needs. It is a small Inn, with extremely limited common areas and no food or beverage services (other than the delivered breakfast, which was a great amenity). They do have a sister property across the alley that has lovely places to relax.

Everything was great. I had a really nice large room and bathroom. Fantastic location on king street surrounded by bars restaurants and shops. Breakfast is brought to your room which was all very efficient. Staff very nice. Easy parking. Hotel reception and hallways etc were all fairly immaculate. A really good hotel.

The property is well-situated in the heart of downtown but tucked into a pretty Charleston-style alley. The parking garage was just around the corner, walkable with suitcase. The room was surprisingly spacious, beds were very comfy, and you preorder breakfast which is delivered to your room at the time you designate.

This is a charming hotel in a perfect spot in the King Street. From Checking in to checking out every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience. The room was by far more charming than the pictures. I loved the high ceiling room.
