Location was perfect, room was pretty and very clean, it was a quiet area and we enjoyed the special moments for guests (pralines, wine/cheese). The valets and those that hosted the wine/cheese hour were very friendly. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we went by the lobby during our stay. They barely looked up from their computer to say hello. A smile can go a long way. There was one front desk staff, however, that was very friendly even at 5:30 am when we left for our flight on Friday. I don't remember her name, but she was very helpful and had a bright personality.

We really enjoy meeting other guests at breakfast and the wine and cheese event in the afternoons. The beautiful room high above the rooftops has amazing views and is a cozy place to enjoy. This space is unique among local hotels. Also, the ladies who attend to guests at these morning and afternoon events are a delight. This inn is truly a gem.

The location was exceptional! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Our room on the 3rd floor was located under the kitchen and it was loud at 5am when breakfast was being prepared. The hotel is small and does not have great sound proofing. For the price we paid, it was disappointing to not get a good nights sleep.
