The place has had little refurbishment in 20 years, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good family hotel in a great location Way to go in cutting waste, especially takeaway items. Gift shop prices are high.

Good location downtown near a lot of attractions. My bed was very comfortable. My view from my room was nice. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive due to World Cup traffic.

The hotel staff were exceptional, the hotel was clean, the sky bridge was an added bonus. We ordered room service and the food was great. We also got coffee in the coffee shop and it was wonderful.
