The people who were there to greet you at the desk. The service was terrible, the first room we had was horrible the blanket was dirty and we asked for another room which was much better than the other. We had to keep asking for towels and we asked for an extra blanket and never got it. And never really came to clean the room. During the night people were hanging out and you could hear them yelling at each other. When we first arrived there was some kind of family dispute and police were at the entrance to the office. That should’ve made us think twice before staying.

Close to stores There so unprofessional all they want to do is take ur money no matter wat they came my deposit that I had to give even thou in the app it said I had to pay nothing but yet they extra charge me there n they kept my deposit claiming they room had a lot of trash witch is basically a lie I ask for proof they claim to have it I never go to see it I would like to repot them

The ad price. A $50 contingency fee, that was NOT mentioned in the booking ad. Then was told that breakfast would be from 7-8am, despite signage stating 6-9am. When I can down for breakfast, the clerk said there was no breakfast, but offered a muffin from behind the counter. A muffin is not breakfast, but a snack before breakfast.

Price only. Service was horrible. Tried to switch the price on me after he told me if I wanted to stay same price and tried to change me 35 dollars more for no reason. Bed sheets was dirty and had a green spot on it that look like mold nasty.

The location was ok and the front desk associate was nice As Soon as you walked in it was bad smell and in the room as well (smoking room will smell) but it seemed like they didn’t spray any spray ,holes in the duvet ,stained/dirty towels .
