The staff were excellent - pleasant and extremely helpful, the whole facility was clean with an appealing and functional layout, the room was clean and properly stocked, beds comfortable, and the wifi was very fast/smooth for a free tier in a packed hotel The only issue we had was the lack of airflow in the room/inability of the AC unit to properly cool the space. This may have been due to some maintenance need or something, but it wasn't anything unbearable

It was fun hanging out in the cafe. We liked that the window opened for fresh air. The room was quiet. I'm older and have had some health issues. The shower stall did not have a safety grab bar in case I slipped. I didn't fall but it was a concern. Towel racks on a moving door are not a substitute for this.
