The people who work there are uniformly knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Arriving at the airport late at night is no problem for them. They have an apparent reservation on file for May 31, when I'll be out of the country. Booking.com does not have a record of such a reservation. But they say they cannot "cancel" it--I have to go through Booking.com. It's a Catch 22.

At the airport, i had an early flight just walk over to the airport. They need a sign that says Main Entry this way, that is coming from the airport or rental return dictation. I walk all the way around (the long way) when i could have just took a shorter route. If there already is a sign make it bigger.
