Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

Room was comfortable. Dinner in restaurant was quite good -hotel food sometimes is not. Meeting rooms were comfortable and temperature regulation was good (not too hot or too cool, as is sometimes a problem). I hate locations out on an interstate. I much prefer in-town, but this is in part because where feasible, I prefer to travel by train. I realize most people drive and often don't want to be in the city, if it is not an attractive one with good restaurants etc. Of course, this was a reasonable choice of the organizations (American College of Physicians).

Location and staff were the best. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby is beautiful. Pool was great and we had a really nice time. Location is good as it was a short drive to Hershey attractions. Food prices too high. We didn't have a bathroom door as it would not close. We reported it but we should have received a discount for that inconvenience. There was no bathroom privacy. Only one bed was made up during room cleaning and we don't know why!

The bed was comfortable Too much construction. My family wanted to use the indoor pool. Nothing stated that the indoor pool was closed. We have gotten lost 3 times for the price 238.00 and we only could use the outdoor pool and the weather wasn't equivalent to the outdoor pool. Also, my receipt w/tax came to 220.00 but they took $238.00 off my card. Worse experience for the price

The indoor outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant. The restaurant timings. The door of the bathroom was like a closet door and did not close properly. The waiter asked too many personal questions about where I was from.

The staff was kind and attentive I had ants in my room. The "Bar" was a hallway that was converted into a bar to handle the construction. It smelled and there was more bugs.

The room view was very good for the weather . 1. The wand in the shower did not work. 2. The sliding barn door of the bathroom needs to be realigned, it came off the track.

Target and other stores close by Hotel in general not clean. Wouldn’t allow your own drinks at the pool. Breakfast not included.
