Very friendly staff the rooms were clean and comfortable. I love all the decor that they have on the walls telling the history of the factory. It was close to our CKC Convention Center. Definitely will stay there next year as well.

The hotel is fabulous - the architecture, the lobby, rooms, restaurant. The staff was very friendly! Parking was good. It was convenient for any adventure - downtown Lancaster, the Amish country or a day trip to Lititz.

We loved the room-spacious and the king-size bed was a luxury. One night we ate at the in-house restaurant where the interior, staff and food and drink were fantastic.
