Location was great. Distance to Lake Erie, the shore, docks, great eateries was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating. AC, bathroom, water pressure were excellent. The pool was simple and n8ce to have. Signage about children, walking across parking lot are important and should be given attention. The dining and shopping around the hotel was filled with franchise eateries and shops/stores. Get in your car and search. The pier district is the exception. The cable svc didn't offer Sports or Movie channels. Better mattress, please.

Very nice location. Very clean. Convenient to sportsplex where our grandson played ball. Breakfast had no fruit. 2 nights we had neighbors that were quite destructive in the next room. We were woke up in the night by the people in that room and our a/c was drawing the smell of pot into our room.
